Nuova Fima continue their success in Italy

In accordance with the initial development plans, 2007 is proving to be very successful for Nuova Fima. Half year results are in line with the aggressive budget outlined at the beginning of the year together with the expectations of growth and profitability.

In addition to a large number of contracts with renowned companies in Europe, USA and Asia, the Spezzano based company continues to work with top Italian tile manufacturers, those with ‘made in Italy’ brands they are proud to promote all over the world. Groups as Atlas Concorde, Casalgrande Padana, Coop Imola, Florim, Iris, Marazzi, Penta and Ricchetti are some of the companies that have invested in Nuova Fima’s revolutionary technology, buying both complete sorting lines and extensions for existing ones.


Surface Inspection’s automatic tile inspection systems for quality control continue to penetrate the Italian market, gaining the confidence of important groups such as Marazzi and Florim.
Gold Art have recently started a trial with the innovative digital decoration system Gema II that Nuova Fima has developed in collaboration with Jemtex.

Sandro Zini, Director of Sales for Nuova Fima and Surface Inspection, together with Luigi Montermini, Area Manager for Italy, announced the results. Zini stated: “by improving our communication and working more closely with our customers, we can help them optimize their equipment to give the most efficient production. By continually increasing our knowledge it’s a win-win situation. Synthesis sorting lines continue to sell extremely well and are renowned for reliability, profitability and ease of use”.
