CYCLING FOR TOMORROW, third year on

Arrived this year at its third edition CYCLING FOR TOMORROW has become a tradition that fosters and inspires employees of Nuova Fima and associated companies to train and get ready for a long bicycle ride.  This year the destination is changing, Peschiera on the Lake Garda, but the distance is basically the same: nearly 150Km, all for a good cause.  For each kilometre completed by each rider, the company offered to donate €1 for charity.  The great  success of this initiative is demonstrated by the number of cyclists, in excess of 50 this year, against 25 (see picture above) of last year and it has also  inspired a number of suppliers to sponsor the event in order to offer extra money to charity.  They are ERRE-PI s.a.s. of Nonantola, G.V. MECCANICA s.r.l. of Maranello, Nuova Omip s.r.l. of Pavullo, SICEL s.r.l. of Spezzano, Six s.r.l. of Scandiano, TE.CO. s.r.l. of Granarolo, T.M.P. s.r.l. of Mocogno, T.E.M.A S.p.A. of Castelnuovo Rangone and Zeta Effe s.a.s. of Maranello.
Group CEO  Stefano Mele (see picture below), that as well as last year will be among the raiders, stated: “Participating in such an initiative make us very proud, as all efforts are totally dedicated to people who really need them.  It’s also a pleasure spending a day out together with our colleagues from Spezzano, Castellon and Bristol, all riding like a team”. 
Francesco Prampolini, veteran rider and technical organizer of the event added: “150 km is a long distance: having over 50 people to participate to this is a truly amazing result!”
